Christopher White

Chief Mine Geologist at Arizona Sonoran Copper Company

Christopher White has extensive work experience in the mining industry as a geologist and a manager. Christopher started their career in 2006 at Duluth Metals Corp as a Geologist and worked there until 2009. White then worked for Numax Resources as a Project Geologist and progressed to work as a Project Manager at Cardero Resource Corp where they oversaw the exploration in various locations and significantly improved the exploration activities. Later, they worked with Freeport-McMoRan, where they held various roles such as Mine-to-Mill Geologist & Ore Control Lead, acting Chief Geologist, and Sr. Geologist - Ore Assurance, contributing to the efficient production of mining operations. Christopher then joined Albemarle Corporation as a Geology Manager, and Nevada Gold Mines as a Senior Mine Geologist. In 2020, they became the Chief Geologist at Golden Vertex Corporation, where they worked until 2023, at which point they joined Arizona Sonoran Copper Company Inc. as a Chief Mine Geologist.

Christopher White earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh in 2006. Between 2006 and 2008, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.
