David Bantel is an experienced business analyst with a strong background in Scrum leadership and project management across multiple industries, including retirement systems and technology. Currently serving as a Business Analyst at Arizona State Retirement System since July 2022, David has been involved in pension and health insurance projects. Prior to this role, David worked at Wolters Kluwer, leading Agile projects and eliciting requirements. David's tenure at the University of Arizona Foundation focused on developing a master data management platform, while earlier experience at Thomson Reuters included roles ranging from Principal Business Systems Analyst to Lead Software Engineer, where David contributed to significant system migrations and process efficiencies. David's academic credentials include a BA in Economics from Syracuse University, diplomas in Computer Science and Paralegal Studies from Hofstra University and New York University, respectively, and a Business Analysis certificate from Villanova University.
