Barbara Lloyd

Barbara Lloyd is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, commercial brokerage, and real estate operations. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Management at Arizona State University since January 2019, Barbara Lloyd oversees a portfolio of approximately 1,000,000 square feet of revenue-generating properties and manages more than 5,000,000 square feet of lease agreements. Additionally, Barbara Lloyd acts as the Designated Broker for Lloyd Commercial Real Estate and previously achieved significant success as Senior Vice President at NAI Horizon, where Barbara Lloyd brokered transactions exceeding $500 million in investment properties. Barbara Lloyd's earlier roles include Associate Vice President at Prudential CRES/Shea Commercial and Leasing/Sales Agent at The Omni Group of Companies. Barbara Lloyd holds a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University.
