Jamie Isaacson

Jamie Isaacson is an experienced professional in ticket sales, digital marketing, and fitness instruction. Currently serving as the Ticket Sales Service and Retention Team Lead at Arizona State University since February 2024, Jamie leads customer service efforts for ticketing. As the Head Spin Instructor at The Union Studios since September 2018, Jamie curates cycling classes and mentors aspiring instructors. Jamie's previous roles include Digital Marketing Analyst at Washington Trust Bank, where responsibilities included managing email marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives. Prior experience with the Spokane Indians Baseball Club encompassed group sales, customer service, and ticketing roles. Jamie began a career in marketing with internships at Gonzaga University and Beyond Pink Spokane Inc., focusing on communication, social media management, and event support. Jamie holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Gonzaga University.
