Karla Morales

Karla Morales is the Vice President of the Southern Arizona Regional Office at the Arizona Technology Council. Karla has over 18 years of experience in leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Karla was the Director of Resource Development at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona from 2010 to 2013 and the Executive Director at Rio Rico Health & Wellness from 2003 to 2016. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as recruiting, selecting, training, and evaluating staff.

Karla Morales has a Bachelor of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Arizona. Karla also has a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Education (Learning, Literacy, & Leadership) from the University of Arizona. In addition, Karla has completed General Studies in Project Management from Pima Community College and the Karla'spanic Leadership Institute in Organizational Leadership from Valle Del Sol. Karla is currently employed as a teacher at Tucson High Magnet School.
