Ken Nowicki

Ken Nowicki is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Director of Information Technology at HireSmart, LLC, Ken specializes in leveraging AI for talent acquisition and recruitment efficiency. As President of Infinity IT Solutions LLC since 2002, Ken has established a reputation for IT strategy and consulting. Additionally, Ken has held significant positions such as Director of Business Solutions at Avnet, where oversight included business analysis and ERP development, and Director of IT at CVS Caremark Corporation, focused on enterprise materials and inventory management. Ken's career began at Avnet in 1985, culminating in the role of Vice President of IT Corporate Systems, complemented by a BS in Business and Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Ken also leads the Technology Showcase for the Arizona Technology Council.
