Mollie Heil

Mollie Heil is a seasoned stage manager with extensive experience in various theater productions. Currently serving as a stage manager for "Dear Jack, Dear Louise" at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival since August 2024, Mollie has also been a stage manager for the Arizona Theatre Company's 2023-2025 season, overseeing productions such as "Scrooge!" and "Master Class." Previous roles include assistant stage manager at The REV Theatre Company and Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and temporary stage manager for the national tour of "To Kill A Mockingbird." Mollie's background includes working at the Weathervane Theatre in several capacities and prior experience in visual merchandising and administrative roles. Mollie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage Management from Webster University, earned in 2020.
