Theresa Lau

Theresa Lau is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in environmental analysis and research. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Arizona Water Company since July 2018, Theresa has previously held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University, where work focused on water quality mapping and the effects of invasive species. This role included the analysis of satellite data to assess water temperatures and trends related to quagga mussels. Prior experience as a Laboratory Technician at Jemez-Catalina Critical Zone Observatory involved analyzing environmental samples and developing protocols to enhance data reliability. Theresa holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biosystems Engineering from Arizona State University and the University of Arizona, respectively.
