Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Malladi Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited. Sai has a Master's in Business administration with a focus on Human Resources Development from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, along with a Bachelor's in Science in biotechnology from Sri Venkateswara University. Their educational background also includes an Intermediate degree with a focus on Botany, Physics, and Chemistry from KAKATHIYA HIGH SCHOOL.
