Faye Ellis

Faye Ellis is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract paralegal work and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Paralegal and Service Support Manager at Arjo since November 2017, Faye specializes in reviewing, drafting, and editing contracts while ensuring compliance with business practices and internal policies. Previously, Faye held the position of Senior Contract Paralegal at Namaste Laboratories, LLC, where responsibilities included facilitating contract negotiations and internal approvals. With earlier roles as a Paralegal and Administrative Legal Assistant, Faye has developed a strong skill set in estate planning, trial preparation, and legal research. Faye holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Paralegal Studies from the College of DuPage.
