Delia Santos, ACP, serves as a Contract Manager and Senior Paralegal at TeraRecon, Inc. since September 2015, specializing in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing commercial agreements in the healthcare sector, particularly focusing on intellectual property technology and licensing transactions, along with managing the global patent portfolio.
