Sarah Logan

Sarah Logan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Director for Arjo in the UK and Ireland since March 2019, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in leading HR teams and implementing strategic people plans. Prior to this, Sarah held positions at the BBC and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., focusing on HR design, talent attraction, and corporate functions in the insurance sector. With a long tenure at BT, Sarah undertook multiple roles, including HR Director and Head of HR, where significant contributions were made to HR transformation and global team management. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Advanced Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring and a Bachelor's degree from De Montfort University.
