The Operations team at ARK is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all company functions by managing logistics, procurement, corporate services, and office management. This team supports the organization's mission by providing the necessary infrastructure and operational support to facilitate research, conflict transformation, and stabilization initiatives. Key members include the Head of Logistics & Procurement, MEAL Manager, and various Senior Corporate Services Officers, who collaboratively maintain efficiency and effectiveness across ARK's projects, particularly in challenging environments like Yemen.
