Lydia McMillan

Lydia McMillan is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal for Safeguarding, Behaviour, Culture, and Ethos at Ark Blake Academy since September 2022. With a robust career at Ark Putney Academy, Lydia has held various roles including Assistant Principal for KS3, Associate Assistant Principal, Head of Year, and Schools Direct Trainee from September 2013. Additionally, Lydia has contributed to Ark Academy (Wembley Park) as the Second in Charge of the MFL Department and as a French and Spanish Teacher since September 2014. Previous experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant at Brentford School for Girls and serving as PA to the Director at Make Justice Work. Academically, Lydia holds a Secondary PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University and a BA Hons in French Studies from The University of London Institute in Paris.
