Charlie Cremens

Charlie Cremens is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, business development, and education. Currently serving as the National Treatment Advocacy Representative at Ark Behavioral Health since July 2023, Charlie also founded Beacon Health, Education & Vocational Consulting in July 2022. Previous roles include Enrollment Management at Housatonic Community College and Director of Operations and Business Development at the Law Office of Damien Gillieti. Notably, Charlie spent nearly a decade at Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology in various leadership roles, including Director of Boston Public School Partnerships & Admissions Recruitment and Head Men’s Soccer Coach. Earlier experience encompasses positions as Membership, Business and Community Development at West Suburban YMCA, Senate Personnel Office Manager for the Massachusetts State Senate, and Legislative Assistant for the National Association of Government Employees. Charlie holds a BA in Political Science from UMass Boston.
