Zheng Huang

Zheng Huang has worked in the biotechnology industry since 2002. Zheng's first role was as a Senior Development Engineer at Protasis Corporation, where they were awarded and managed two NIH SBIR grants. Zheng authored journal papers, progress reports, and application protocols. In 2008, they moved to Sanofi as Director, Manufacturing Science and Technology, where they led a team of process engineers to scale up and tech transfer biologics clinic/manufacturing processes to CMO. Zheng then moved to Emergent BioSolutions in 2021 as Director, Head of MSAT. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Ark Biotech as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Technology.

Zheng Huang received their PhD in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University in 2001. Prior to that, they earned their B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 1993.
