Makanjuola Akinyemi

Makanjuola Akinyemi is an experienced professional in property services and asset management, currently serving as an Associate Consultant at ARK Consultancy Ltd since November 2020, providing support to Housing Association clients. With a history of involvement in prominent organizations, Akinyemi was a Board Member at Rosebery Housing Association Limited from September 2014 to April 2023, participating in various committees during its merger with Catalyst Group and subsequently Peabody Group. Akinyemi was also the Director of Property Services at Gateway Housing Association, overseeing the management of 3,000 properties from May 2013 to November 2020, and served as Head of Asset Management at ARHAG Housing Association from May 2007 to May 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Surveyor for Action for Children from December 2001 to May 2007.
