Michlyn Caffrey

Michlyn Caffrey Manoharan is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Head of English Secondary at Ark Curriculum Plus since January 2020. This role encompasses responsibilities as a Senior Delivery Manager and School Development Lead. Previous experience includes governance at Ark John Archer Primary Academy and leadership positions at Woodcote High School, where management of KS3 and KS4 English was integral, as well as implementing literacy policies.
