Jeff Rogers

Jeff Rogers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation, operations, and product services across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Ark Data Centers since August 2025, Rogers previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Amp Energy from April 2023 to August 2025. Prior to that role, Rogers was the Senior Director of Global Product Services at Meta, overseeing enterprise support for business products. Rogers led Live Services at Riot Games from March 2013 to April 2020, managing multiple operational facets within the Riot Platform Group. Earlier in the career, Rogers worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and served in the US Navy in various roles, including Transportation Officer and F/A-18 Instructor Pilot. Educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
