James Owen

James Owen is an experienced professional with a strong background in client experience and operational transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Ark Data Centres since January 2013, James has played a key role in delivering agile and sustainable data centre solutions. Prior to Ark, James worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from March 2008 to January 2013, holding various senior positions such as Chief of Staff for the UK Public Sector and Business Transformation Consultant. James's earlier experience also includes a role as a Service Analyst at Pearson VUE and a degree in Economics from The University of Manchester.
