Sarah Yap

Sarah Yap currently holds a Sales Marketing position at arkempire since November 2022. Previously, Sarah served as Country Manager at Software Exchange Malaysia from August 2003 to June 2014, overseeing a team of 12 employees and achieving RM6 million in annual sales. In this role, Sarah was responsible for sales and marketing direction as well as service delivery across Malaysia. Prior experience also includes being promoted to Business Development Manager, where Sarah managed all operational aspects and consistently met sales benchmarks, and starting as Assistant Manager, Business Development at an early-stage venture, contributing to the company’s market expansion into Malaysia. Earlier in Sarah's career, experience as a Service Business Executive at Mesiniaga Berhad involved managing customer accounts within the banking and finance sectors. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia and completed the Malaysia Higher School Certificate (STPM) at Sekolah Menengah Manhumud Raub.
