Jaekwon Soh

Jaekwon "Jae" Soh is an experienced professional in asset and project management, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at ARK Homes For Rent since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jae held various senior positions at Sylvan Road Capital LLC from January 2016 to August 2022, including Executive Director of Project Management, Director of Programs, and Director of Acquisitions. Jae also worked as an Investment Analyst at HavenBrook Homes, a subsidiary of PIMCO, from September 2013 to November 2015, and held multiple roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2007 to October 2013, developing expertise in fixed income and securities. Jae earned a B.S. in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, complemented by certificates in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing.
