Mark Balovnev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, product development, and go-to-market initiatives. Currently serving as an Advisor at Ark Infotech LLC since August 2024, Mark is also a Lead Mentor at Techstars, guiding multiple cohorts annually. As a Co-founder of Vantyr, acquired by Ark Infotech, Mark played a pivotal role in automating the lifecycle management of non-human identities. Previously, as VP Product and Co-Founder at Educhain, Mark contributed to building a market leader in digital credentialing, achieving significant year-over-year growth and facilitating its acquisition by private equity in 2021. Mark's expertise is further complemented by a role as Founding Partner, Digital at Accelliance, focusing on research and consultancy within the fintech sector. Mark began the career as an Independent Consultant, working on strategic innovation and go-to-market strategies, delivering impressive growth results. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen's University, with further studies at Waseda University and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
