Anders Hising

Anders Anders'sing has been working in the finance industry since 2006. Anders began their career at Nordea as a Credit Analyst for the segments Large and SME, where they performed all stages in the credit process. In the same role, they also acted as a Financial Advisor. Later, they became Director at Nordea, mainly covering leveraged buy-out financing for small and midcap Private Equity investments together with small/midcap corporate debt. Anders was responsible for project leading all stages in the financing process, including financial and commercial analysis, modelling, structuring, negotiation, drafting of legal documents and execution. In 2021, they joined Ark Kapital as Head of Structuring of the credit structuring team. Here, they are responsible for ArK's credit analysis, structuring and underwriting of its non-dilutive loan products for startup and tech companies.

Anders Anders'sing completed a High School degree at Rudbeckianska gymnasiet in 1996-1999. Anders then pursued a Bachelor Degree in Legal Science at Örebro University from 2001-2004, with a focus in Business Law. Anders continued their studies at Örebro University and obtained a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from 2004-2006, with a focus in Finance. Anders attended Stockholm School of Economics - IFL Executive Education in 2012 and obtained a degree in Nordea Corporate Analysis, Accounting & Financial analysis and Corporate Finance. Anders also attended Stockholm School of Economics - IFL Executive Education in 2014 and obtained a degree in Company Valuation and Corporate Finance. Additionally, they hold a Swedsec Licence from SwedSec Licensiering AB (Swedish Securities Dealers Association).
