Cornelia Damber Håkansson

Cornelia Damber Håkansson has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Cornelia started their career as a Fullstack Designer at Precisit in July 2017. Cornelia then moved on to work as an Amanuensis at Umeå University from January 2017 to January 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Master Thesis Student at Spotify. In 2019, they joined Swedbank Pay as a UX/UI & Product Designer, where they played a key role in rebranding the product and updating the overall design and UX of the Checkout products. Cornelia also worked as a Designer (Design System) at Swedbank Pay from September 2020 to January 2021. In 2021, they worked with a confidential client within the retail industry as a Product Designer. From August 2021 to August 2022, they worked at Sinch as a Lead Designer, focusing on the design system. Cornelia then joined Zettle by PayPal as a UX Designer from September 2022 to December 2022. In 2019, Cornelia also worked as a Senior Designer Consultant at Netlight. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Advisor (UI/UX) at KEYFLOW, starting in February 2023. Cornelia is currently working as a Senior UI Designer at Ark Kapital, starting in May 2023.

Cornelia Damber Håkansson's education history includes a variety of academic experiences. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Minerva Gymnasium, where they pursued a science program. In 2013, they enrolled at Umeå University and completed a Master's program (300 hp) in Interaction Technology & Design, which lasted until 2019. During their time at Umeå University, they also engaged in an exchange study program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore for a year in 2016, focusing on Art, Design, and Media. Additionally, in 2013, Cornelia pursued Russian Studies at Studiefrämjandet. Cornelia further enhanced their expertise in Interaction Technology & Design at Umeå University, earning a Master of Science degree in 2018.
