ARK Point (formerly INF CryptoLab) is an AI-native business builder—we apply frontier technology to under-digitized industries and turn it into real, revenue-generating businesses.

For three years, that tool was blockchain: we ran 200+ projects—among the largest track records in Korea's Web3 market—building the channels, references, and execution muscle we now reinvest into AI across three lines of business.

1. AI × Marketing — done-for-you marketing for licensed professionals (commercial stage). We run marketing for doctors, oriental-medicine physicians, and lawyers who have no time for it. AI cuts our cost base to ₩300–500K/month. From one clinic PoC in Apr-26 to 10 in Jul-26, we're now scaling toward 15,000 clinics—then adjacent verticals.

2. AI × Domain Knowledge — "the AI accounting firm". Led by our CPA co-founder, we're running a PoC on an AI consolidation-accounting system with Korea's top-5 accounting firms. Rules-based, document-heavy, high-cost-labor work is where AI leverage is highest—and we aim to redesign the service itself, not just sell software.

3. On-premise LLM — backed by a $1M government R&D grant (TIPS). Our research AI "Analyst X"—built from our founder's analyst workflow—graduated top of Korea's early-startup program. With a Seoul National University AI PhD, we're now building on-premise LLMs that run inside client servers (PoC completed at a top-3 Korean cosmetics plant), targeting manufacturing, finance, and healthcare firms that can't send data outside.

We also run an AI talent-and-information hub through hackathons(LinkedIn 4,000 · Telegram 23,000 followers).
