Michael Schedler

Michael Schedler is an experienced professional in the fine dining hospitality industry, currently serving as a Server at Ark Restaurants since February 2018, where Robert's role involves providing high-quality service at a modern American restaurant with scenic views. Prior to this, Michael has held the position of Captain at Geronimo Restaurant, recognized as New Mexico's only Mobil 4 star and AAA 5 diamond establishment, contributing a wealth of expertise in fine dining. Additionally, Michael worked at the 21 Club from December 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Banquet Captain for private events accommodating up to 300 guests. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from The City College of New York and attended Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici from 2015 to 2016.
