At Ark Search, we specialise in connecting exceptional talent with two of the world’s most dynamic sectors: HealthTech and Legal.

Founded on the belief that people drive innovation and integrity, we partner with organisations at every stage — from pioneering HealthTech startups to elite law firms and healthcare providers.

In the HealthTech arena, we understand the demands of a fast-moving digital landscape. Whether it's building product teams for a medtech scaleup or securing leadership for a clinical system provider, we deliver talent that propels technological and clinical innovation.

Within the Legal sector, we source high-calibre lawyers across all experience levels, from newly qualified (NQ) through to partner appointments, matching them to permanent roles that drive long-term success.
Additionally, we provide access to top-class locum professionals, offering flexible, immediate support to firms requiring short-term or project-based expertise.
Our clients range from boutique law firms to national and international practices, all seeking agile, expert legal talent.

Backed by a commitment to service excellence, confidentiality, and market expertise, Ark Search has successfully placed over 150 specialists in the past three years, enabling our partners to thrive in competitive markets.
