Jerome Long

Jerome Long is an experienced actuary currently employed by ARK SYNDICATE MANAGEMENT LIMITED since May 2021. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Actuary and Senior Manager (Interim) in Central Reserving at Lloyd’s from December 2019 to May 2021, and as a Manager in European Actuarial Services at EY from February 2011 to December 2019, specializing in London Market reserving and Solvency II technical provisions. Jerome's career began with positions as a Principal Consultant at Airwave and a Senior Consultant at Decision Focus, following earlier roles in business development and engineering at COMSOL Ltd and COMSOL AB. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, an MSc in Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and various degrees in mathematics from the University of Cambridge and University of Oxford.
