Shai Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Shai is currently working at ARK TRADE AG as a Product Manager since January 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at ROVR from February 2021 to March 2023, where they focused on building a hand-curated radio platform.

Shai also worked at DAOstack as the VP of Products and R&D from January 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of Retube - Interactive Video from July 2016 to July 2020. Retube was an online video remaker for social marketing campaigns.

Earlier in their career, Shai held positions at emaze, VisualBee.com, Clal Finance, NICE Systems, and Comverse Technology, Inc. At emaze, they served as the COO and VP of Product from May 2014 to April 2016, and as the VP of Product from June 2012 to May 2014. At VisualBee.com, they were the VP of Product and Marketing from October 2008 to June 2012.

Shai's previous roles include Investment Manager and ALGO Developer at Clal Finance from February 2007 to November 2008, Lead Product Developer at NICE Systems from May 2005 to June 2007, and Director Of Product Development at Comverse Technology, Inc. from March 2000 to December 2004. Shai also worked as a System Architect & Developer at Comverse Technology, Inc. from January 1999 to March 2000.

Shai Schwartz began their education in 1999 at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics, Philosophy, and East Asian Cultures. Shai completed this program in 2003. In 2004, Shai continued their studies at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Communications with a focus on New Media. Shai completed this program in 2008. In 2007, Shai attended Meitav Finance College for a certificate program in Portfolio Management, specifically focusing on the Stock Market. Finally, they enrolled at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem once again in 2021 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in East Asian Studies. This program is expected to be completed in 2027.
