Richard Leftley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Richard is currently a Chief Entrepreneur in Residence at ARK Venture Studio, where they are involved in raising venture funds and supporting existing ventures. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Venture Builder at Ninety in the ARK venture build studio.

Additionally, Richard has held positions at various organizations such as the IFC - International Finance Corporation as a Consultant, Wavu Limited as a Founder, and MIC Global as an Advisor to the Board Chair. At MIC Global, they also served as a Co-Founder, EVP, and Board Member, where they played a key role in driving global growth and developing unique insurance products for underserved populations.

Richard then went on to study at Edinburgh University from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Geography.
