Shane Grace

Shane Grace serves as the Professional Services Director at Ark Workplace Risk since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in health and safety management from previous roles at Bureau Veritas Group. As Business Unit Director for the Health & Safety Inspection Division, Shane had full P&L responsibility for a £15m business, overseeing a multi-disciplined team specializing in various safety and quality areas. Shane also held several key account management positions, successfully managing major banking sector clients with account values exceeding £40m. Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Shane progressed from Graduate Building Surveyor to Managing Surveyor at Faithful+Gould, specializing in compliance and fire safety management. Educational qualifications include a BEng in Civil Engineering with Architecture from the University of Leeds and a BS in Building Surveying from Leeds Trinity University.
