Tom Barboa

Tom Barboa is an experienced professional currently serving as Director at ARKA Group, LP since July 2022, following the acquisition of The Stratagem Group, where Barboa held roles as Program Manager, Architect, and Systems Engineer from April 2020 to July 2022. Prior to this, Barboa worked at Lockheed Martin for over two decades, where roles included Product/Portfolio Manager, Architect, and Systems Engineer, with a significant tenure as Portfolio Manager and Architect from July 2007. Barboa managed the development and delivery of multiple software products and led teams across various locations. Barboa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
