LaTisha began their career in 1999 at Triad Advisors, where they worked in various roles such as Operations and Relationship Manager. In 2012, they became Assistant Vice President-Transition and held this position until 2018. In 2018, they joined Arkadios Capital as Vice President of Operations.

In 1988, they received their High School Diploma from Savannah High School, where they pursued a general education curriculum. The following year, in 1989, they attended H.V. Jenkins High School.
