Ephie Koltin

Ephie Koltin has a diverse work experience in various leadership positions. Ephie worked at Arkal Automotive as the Chief Executive Officer starting from December 2021 and also served as the COO from November 2017. Prior to that, Ephie was the CEO of Synergy cables LTD from April 2015 to October 2017, where they successfully implemented a new marketing strategy and secured financing. Ephie was also the Active Chairman at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd from December 2014 to May 2016, where they achieved profitable sales and restructuring of manufacturing cost. Lastly, Ephie worked at TowerJazz from 2003 to 2014, holding various positions such as EVP and COO, VP & GM Fab1 & manufacturing services, VP Business Development & Strategic Marketing, and VP BU Manager / Marketing & Sales EMEA. During their time at TowerJazz, they played a significant role in defining the company's business model, strategy, and growth model.

Ephie Koltin completed an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, and holds a Masters degree in Material Science and Mechanical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, which was earned between 1984 and 1991.
