Nir Ream holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College, obtained between 2004 and 2008. Nir Ream has extensive experience in automation and engineering, currently serving as the Automation Project Manager at Arkal Automotive since September 2015, where leadership of global automation projects is a key responsibility. Previously, Nir Ream was an R&D Engineer at MotoRad Ltd. from February 2013 to September 2015, recognized as the inventor of a patent and leading the validation lab. Nir Ream also contributed as a systems engineer at Better Place from December 2011 to December 2012, focusing on knowledge management and process improvement. Nir Ream's early career includes a role as a mechanical engineer at Assatec from April 2008 to December 2011, where responsibilities involved mechanical design, prototyping, and automation project support.
