About the position: As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. This role requires travel and attendance at industry tradeshows.

What you'll do: 

  • Assess client needs, identify/recommend solutions, and build/manage client relationships
  • Initiate personal contact with the clients – phone calls, visits, etc.
  • Complete required daily calls & activities as determined by the supervisor
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage relationships with clients by utilizing usage reports to monitor existing activity
  • Execute client care activities (cookies, notes, patient educational material, etc.)
  • Travel nationally to client locations as required to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Track all in-person visits and necessary follow-up within SalesForce
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows and events

You should have: 

Education:       Bachelor's Degree in related field

Experience:     Proven experience in customer service or account management roles

Computer Skills:      Strong Computer skills required; Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce

Other Requirements:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

This position requires frequent travel.
