Lourdes Julieta Moreno has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Lourdes Julieta is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Arkano Software, where they are responsible for defining strategies and objectives, implementing process improvement tools and methodologies, and liaising with internal clients for recruitment purposes. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arkano Software, where they were involved in profile sourcing, vacancy publication, and IT profile recruitment on LinkedIn.

Before joining Arkano Software, Lourdes worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Puzzle, where they handled IT recruitment, conducted interviews for JavaScript MERN stack, QA, and DevOps profiles, and managed the entire recruitment process. Lourdes Julieta also assisted in employee induction, policy development, and updating HR information.

Lourdes also worked briefly as an International Recruiter at IMCS Group, where they carried out recruitment activities. Additionally, they gained experience as a Recruiter IT at Inthegra, where they were responsible for IT profile recruitment, initial candidate contact, and collaboration in interviews and reports. Lourdes Julieta also worked as an HR Analyst at Inthegra, where they conducted employee induction, conducted surveys on work climate, researched new processes for employee well-being, and assisted in performance evaluations.

Lourdes began their career as an HR Intern at Inthegra, where they gained experience in various HR tasks, such as document updating, policy development, and assisting in performance evaluations.

Lourdes Julieta Moreno completed their education at Colegio Universitario IES from 2016 to 2020. Lourdes Julieta obtained a degree in Administrador en Recursos Humanos, specializing in Gestion de recursos humanos/Administracion de personal, general.
