Rhonda Swindle

Special Agent at Arkansas Attorney General

Rhonda Swindle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in counseling, law enforcement, and education. Currently serving as a Special Agent and Medicaid Fraud Investigator for the Arkansas Attorney General since February 2013, Rhonda also practices as a Licensed Professional Counselor at Chenal Family Therapy, providing individual and couples counseling since May 2014. Prior experience includes a role as a Psychology Instructor at OCCC in 2011 and a Lieutenant with the University of Central Arkansas Police Department from 1997 to 2010, along with adjunct teaching in psychology at the University of Central Arkansas between 2002 and 2009. Rhonda holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Central Arkansas, having completed both degrees between 1993 and 2002.
