Lance Flint

Lance Flint is an experienced professional in athletic management with a focus on intercollegiate athletics and safety training. Since August 2013, Lance has held multiple roles at Arkansas Baptist College, including Director of Transportation, Campus Safety Training Officer, and Associate Athletic Director, where responsibilities encompass managing a comprehensive NJCAA Division I athletics program, overseeing head coaches, and ensuring compliance with strategic plans and game day operations. Additionally, as a Director of Football Operations and Running Backs Coach, Lance handles team management, travel coordination, and academic monitoring for student-athletes. As a certified Range Safety Officer and Certified Pistol Instructor with the National Rifle Association since July 2020, Lance emphasizes safety in shooting activities. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Management from Arkansas Baptist College, further solidifying expertise in the field.
