William Torrence

William Torrence, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and an Adjunct Professor at Arkansas Baptist College. William holds a PhD in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement from Texas A&M University, an MS in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Arkansas, and a BS in Regulatory Science - Health & Safety from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
