Amy Holden has over 20 years of experience in instructional design, staff development, and technical writing, currently serving as the Manager of Instructional Design, Documentation, and Staff Development at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield since June 2003. Previous roles at the same organization include Curriculum and Staff Development Coordinator, Learning Consultant, Training Coordinator, Instructional Media Developer, and Technical Writer. Additionally, Amy worked as a contractor for JAG Global Learning from 2014 to 2015, developing an eLearning solution for the National Gallery of Art. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Henderson State University.
