Paul Barnett

Paul Barnett has extensive experience in technology architecture and infrastructure services, currently serving as Manager Technology Architecture and Manager of Infrastructure Services at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield since February 2004. With leadership oversight of a team of 35 employees and a budget of $7 million, Paul is responsible for various core infrastructure pillars, technology alignment with business strategies, and fostering talent development within the team. Previous roles include Supervisor of Virtualization Services at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where Paul led a technical support group, and positions at NetGain Technologies and IBM, where foundational skills in customer engineering and support were established. Paul holds a degree from Ouachita Baptist University.
