Stephanie Ferrara

Stephanie Ferrara, PMP, serves as a SAFe Release Train Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield since February 2022. With extensive experience in project management, Stephanie has founded Empowered Creativity, Inc. to support women entrepreneurs in building thriving, faith-driven coaching businesses. Previous roles include Project Manager III at USAble Life, where responsibilities involved managing a digital program, and Director of Digital Media for Curtis Coleman's gubernatorial campaign. Stephanie also founded The Republic, LLC, an education company focused on social media strategies for political and non-profit organizations. With foundational experiences at First Horizon and First Tennessee Bank, Stephanie has a solid background in business analysis and project management.
