Taylor Martin

Rob Taylor serves as the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CEO at AXA XL since May 2017, with a focus on developing and maintaining the Data Management Framework. Prior to AXA XL, Rob Taylor worked at AIG as Director of IT Strategy, overseeing a team that supported strategic business platform development and managed a $100M technology budget. Rob Taylor also held the position of Senior Manager at Verisk Digital Services, where implementation of a web analytics platform was achieved, and previously managed business strategy consulting at Deloitte. Rob Taylor began a career in engineering at GE Aviation, progressing through roles that involved budget management and cost-saving initiatives. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
