Trey Lightner

Trey Lightner is a seasoned classification and compensation professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Administrator at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield since September 2022, Trey previously held positions at Auburn University, including Human Resources Manager and Classification and Compensation Specialist from September 2002 to September 2022.
