Michelle Kitchens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governmental affairs and community outreach. Since October 2019, Michelle has served as the Director of Governmental Affairs and Community Outreach at the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Director of Government Relations and Public Affairs at the Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation from February 2006 to October 2019, where responsibilities included directing the Farm Bureau Policy Development program and advocating for the organization's positions with elected officials and state agencies. Michelle's earlier experience includes serving as a Communications Officer for the American Lung Association of Arkansas and as the Assistant Conference Director at YMCA of the Rockies. Michelle holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Management from Harding University.
