Charles Brewer

Charles Brewer, WSO-CSS Rail, has extensive experience in public transportation safety and security, with roles ranging from oversight officer to grant manager and vehicle inspector. Their background includes work in upfitting and maintaining highway police vehicles as a senior mechanic, as well as repairing ground support vehicles for the flightline in the Arkansas Air National Guard and United States Air Force. Charles received certifications in transit safety and security from the Transportation Safety Institute and holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University.
