Garry Upton

Garry Upton has over two decades of experience in engineering and programming, currently serving as Engineer II - Design at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. since August 2001, focusing on electrical engineering, meter programming, economic analysis, and SCADA/RTU design and programming. Prior to this role, Garry worked as a Software Engineer at Acxiom from May 1999 to June 2001, specializing in ANSI C programming and UNIX shell scripting. Educationally, Garry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Arkansas, obtained between 1996 and 1999, and attended Mississippi State University from 1992 to 1995.
