Megan McGuffey holds an MBA and a BBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. McGuffey has been with Arkansas Farm Bureau since May 2013, serving as a Product Analyst, Senior Underwriter, and Underwriter, where responsibilities include researching and evaluating new business applications and managing lines of business for profitability. Prior to this, McGuffey gained experience as a Client Delivery Specialist Intern at Acxiom and worked in data entry and clerical roles at Lift Truck Service Center from October 2008 to May 2010. McGuffey is also a CPCU, ARe, AINS, API, and AIS certified professional.

Arkansas Farm Bureau Federation (ArFB) is a nonprofit, grassroots organization dedicated to agricultural advocacy. ArFB represents the interests of farmers and rural communities throughout the state of Arkansas through policy development, lobbying and other programs.
